Frances Svec, 90 of Murphysboro, IL
died at 11:30 pm Thursday, September 22, 2005 at home in Murphysboro, Il.
Frances was born in Chicago, IL September 3, 1915, the daughter of the
late Frank and Mary (Gazdak) Parat. She married Paul Svec Jr. in Chicago,
IL April 16, 1945 he preceded her in death on May 5, 1995. Frances was a
homemaker and a Catholic. Private family services were held. Survivors
include one son and daughter in law; Terry and Christine Svec of Ava, IL
one grand daughter; Sharon Svec of Murphysboro, IL, one grand son; Brian
Svec of Memphis, TN., two brothers and one sister in law; John and Vera
Parat of McHenry, IL and Ed Parat of Wauconda, IL, one niece and two
nephews also survive. Memorials may be made to: Hospice of Southern
Illinois, Inc. 1110 N. Johnson St. Marion, IL 62959-1665. Crawshaw Funeral
Home in Murphysboro is in charge of arrangements.
