Blanche Alberta Pulcher,
83 of Murphysboro died at 7:24 pm Thursday, July 19, 2007 in Murphysboro.
Blanche was born in Royalton, IL. March 20, 1924 a daughter to the late
Allen and Ruby (Joplin) Wingett. She married George A. Pulcher June 29,
1957 George preceded her in death October 1, 1990. She was a member of the
Grand Avenue Christian Church in Carbondale and was retired from the
former Jo Mack glove factory in Murphysboro. Graveside services will be at
2:00 pm Sunday, July 22, 2007 at McKinney Hill Cemetery near Carbondale,
Rev. Brooks Wilson of the Grand Avenue Christian Church will officiate.
Memorials may be made to the Grand Avenue Christian Church. Survivors
include one son and daughter in law; Edward and Marsha Graves of
Murphysboro, one sister; Roberta Harrison of Carbondale, one
Granddaughter; Sarah Graves of Murphysboro and three step-Grandchildren;
Todd Fager, Ben Fager, and Janelle Pulcher. In addition to her parents and
husband she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. |
