- Estelle Harry Nausley, age 82, a
long-time resident of Lubbock, TX., formerly of Murphysboro, went home
to be with the Lord Sunday night, October 18, 2009, in Dallas, TX.
- Mrs. Nausley was born December 23, 1926
in Marion, Illinois the daughter of the late Eugene and Alma Opal Harry.
- She was employed as an office manager
for a physician's office and was a homemaker. Mrs. Nausley was a member
of the Lake Ridge Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas.
- She was preceded in death by her
husband, Robert ("Red") and daughter, Penny Nausley Holder, her parents,
two brothers and one sister.
- Survivors include two daughters, Pat
Scott of Katmandu, Nepal, and Pam LaReau of Plano, Tx and their
husbands; seven grandchildren, Britt LaReau of Atlanta, GA, Michael
Holder of Lamesa, TX, Brock LaReau of Dallas, TX, Sherra Scott Thomas of
Pineville, LA; Shawn Scott of Lafayette, CO and Kassie and Crissy Scott
of Katmandu, Nepal; six great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Austin, and Connor
Thomas, Tana Howard, Cody Sandlin and Bradley LaReau and five
great-great-grandchildren will all sorely miss her.
- Graveside services will be held at
Pleasant Grove Memorial Park in Murphysboro, IL., on Thursday, October
22, 2009, at 2:00pm with John LaReau officiating. Visitation will be
from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Crawshaw Funeral Home in Murphysboro.
