Margie D. Henson, 83 of Cape Girardeau, MO.,
formerly of Grand Tower died Saturday, November 3, 2007 in Cape Girardeau.
Margie was born March 31, 1924 in Oraville, IL. a daughter to the late
Cullen and Margaret (Blacklock) Ellet. She married Howard R. Henson in
Jackson, MO., February 21, 1942, he survives. She was a member of the
Methodist Church in Grand Tower. Funeral services will be at 11 am
Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at Crawshaw Funeral Home in Grand Tower, Rev.
Peggy Camp will officiate; burial will follow at Walker Hill Cemetery in
Grand Tower. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm on Monday, November 5, 2007
at Crawshaw Funeral Home in Grand Tower. Memorials are encouraged and may
be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, St. Jude Children's
Research Hospital, or to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted
at the funeral home. In addition to her husband Howard, she is survived by
two daughter's and their husbands; Joan and Lester Clover of Scott City,
MO., and Kay and John Ellet of Bluffs, IL., two son's and their wife's;
Jim and Esther Henson of Scott City, MO., and Bob and Joy Henson of Grand
Tower, IL., one daughter in law Judy Henson of Scott City, MO., one
brother; Donald Ellet 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by one daughter; Carole Henson, one son; Jerry Henson,
four brothers and four step sisters. |
