Mrs. Goldie Alma Harrison
95 yrs of Carbondale died Friday morning June 17th at Country acres
retirement living in Marion, Illinois. She was born in DeSoto, Missouri on
December 6, 1909 the daughter of the late Frank Breckenridge and Cornelia
Tullock Breckenridge. She married Jay Roscoe Harrison in Clayton, Missouri
on October 5, 1927. He died September 1980. She was a member of the First
Baptist Church in Carterville, Illinois. Grave Side Services will be held
10:30 A.M. Monday morning June 20th at the McKinney Hill Cemetery on
County Line Road William County, Illinois with Rev. Dwight Schumacher
officiating. No Visitation will be held. Survivors include, Daughter and
son in law, Pat and Jim Rayfield of Carbondale, Illinois, Two grand
daughters, Sue Herron of Carbondale, Ill and Maura and her husband Jim
Halpin of West Frankfort, Ill, Two grand sons, Kevin Rayfield and Jeff
Rayfield both of Carbondale, Il, Great grand children, Kelly Newberry,
Whitney Herron, Lucas Herron, Paul Herron, Zadok Rayfield, Joash Rayfield
and Mary Smith. Great great grand son, Dalton Taylor. Memorials may be
made to preferred form of remembrance or McKinney Hill Cemetery
Association in care of Steve McKinney 3034 N. Reed Station Road, DeSoto,
Illinois. 62924 Crawshaw Funeral Home in Murphysboro is in charge of
