- Mr. Fred Davis Graff
88 years old of 1209 Bradford Place Murphysboro, Illinois died Thursday
June 9, 2005 at Rehab and Care Center of Jackson County. Mr. Graff was
born on April 23, 1917 the son of the late Harrison Graff and Opha
(Davis) Graff. He married Gladys (Will) Graff on January 22, 1940. She
died June 19, 1984. He later married Nettie (Boyer) and she survives.
Mr. Graff is a member of the First Lutheran Church in Murphysboro, and
was a former member of Murphysboro Eagles. He is a retired farmer and
retired foreman for the Jackson County Highway Department. Survivors
include, two sons and their spouses: Fred H. and Mary Graff of Troy,
Illinois, William A. and Carole Graff of Glen Carbon, Illinois. Four
daughters and their spouses: Linda and Ray Williams of Murphysboro,
Claudia and David Graff of Murphysboro, Rose Mary and Brent Moore of
Murphysboro, Illinois, and Barbara Graff and her husband Paul Henehan of
Lakenheath, England. Grand Children and their spouses: Erica Renee Graff
of Chicago, Karen & Tony Koehler of Murphysboro, Jane Roseberry of
Hillsboro, Ill, Ed and Lynn Roseberry of Murphysboro, Il, Dr. Daniel and
Nicole Mac Laughlin Graff of South Bend, In, Jeffrey Graff of St.Louis,
Mo, Meredith Anne Moore of St. Louis, Mo, 1st Lt. Wilson Moore U.S.
Marine Corps. Cape Lejeune, N.C., Gabriel Graff Henehan of Lakenheath,
England. Great Grand Children: Adam and Duncan Koehler of Murphysboro,
Matthew and Keith Ward of Murphysboro, Jessica and Jennifer Roseberry of
Murphysboro, Ellie Graff of South Bend, In. Three brothers and one
sister preceded him in death.
- Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M.
Tuesday June 14, 2005 at the Crawshaw Funeral Home in Murphysboro with
Rev. Franklyn Schroeder Officiating. Burial will be in Murdale Gardens
of Memory Murphysboro. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M.
until 8:00 P.M. Monday evening at Crawshaw Funeral Home.
