Dorothy Baril, 93 of Murphysboro,
died at 11:50 am Monday, January 30, 2006 at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital
in Murphysboro.
Dorothy was born January 1, 1913 in Campbell Hill, IL., a daughter of the
late Arnold Louis and Evangeline (Rogers) Dudenbostel. She married Raymond
Wood "Red" Baril on September 19, 1931, he preceded her in death September
23, 1981. She was a Homemaker, a Christian by faith, and was Past Worthy
Matron of the Eastern Star in Campbell Hill.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Friday, February 3, 2006 at Crawshaw
Funeral Home in Murphysboro. Burial will follow at Murdale Gardens of
Memory in Murphysboro. Visitation will be on Friday from 11 am to 2 pm at
the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Survivors include, three daughters and son in laws; Sandy and Harvey
Kopsky
of Granite City, IL., Nancy and Dennis Bridges of The Villages, FL., and
Bonnye and Neill Clugston of Carbondale, two sons and three daughter in
laws; Dave and Janet Baril of Campbell Hill, and Steve and Noni Baril of
Murphysboro, and Paula Baril of Murphysboro. Thirteen grand children;
Damon
Kopsky, DeAnna Mueller, David and Tom Bridges, Mindy Lee, Sondra Jung,
Nancy Phipps, Christian Baril, Rebecca Anderson, Aaron and Justin Baril,
and Robert and Taylor Baril, twenty one great grand children also survive.
In addition to her parents, and husband she was preceded in death by one
son; Joel Baril on July 20, 1989 one brother, one sister, and one grandson
Steven Bridges.
