Christopher John Odell Loyd our loving son born March 27, 1980 has left us
for a calmer more peaceful world. He leaves behind 4 children; Ryder
and Jade, and Calie and Rowdy Loyd and Calie and Rowdy’s mother Nina,
his best friend. They will always have his love. He is also survived
by his mother; Lindy Loyd of Carbondale, and his father; John Loyd of
Murphysboro, they will forever carry his heart in theirs. His sisters;
Brigette, and Kelsy will hold dear the brother they loved. Other
survivors include several aunts and uncles, cousins and many friends.
A memorial service of remembrance will be held at 6pm on Friday, May 27,
2011 at Crawshaw Funeral Home in Murphysboro Christopher’s family and
friends are invited to share memories. A time of fellowship will
precede the service of remembrance from 5 to 6pm Friday at the funeral
home. Memorials are encouraged and may be made to a fund established
for Christopher’s children.
